Harvard: Lab workers poisoned by tainted coffee
(USA Today) Six Harvard students have been poisoned after drinking coffee laced with sodium azide. There were no fatalities, however one of said students, Matteo Iannacone, a researcher at the University, suspects it was intentional because the substance is commonly used in medical school's laboratory.
