The much-anticipated report on NSCAD University's financial viability was delivered to Labour and Advanced Education minister Marilyn More on Wednesday. Kevin Finch, communications advisor for the department confirmed that the minister is now reviewing the report.
It is unknown when the report will be handed over to NSCAD administration, or if the report recommends a merger with Dalhousie University.
"We do not have the report, we haven't heard when we'll be getting it, and it's hard to say what we'll do with it until we've seen it," said John Mabley, vice-president of University Relations at NSCAD, on Wednesday.
No information has been given on if the report will be made public, or if the minister will be holding a news conference.
More appointed Windsor to evaluate NSCAD's financial viability in September, shortly after it was reported the school faced $2.4 million shortfall this year.
