Video: Education Minister confirms commitment to MOU

Education Minister Judy Streatch says the Education Department is still committed to honour the Memorandum of Understanding for universities, despite the deteriorating economic climate. The MOU is an agreement that was set up by the province of Nova Scotia to fund universities for three years, making it possible to freeze tuition during that period. The second MOU was put into place in 2008/2009.
