Video: Skating rink in the Dal SUB

The Dalhousie Students' Union (DSU) sets up an artificial indoor skating rink in the Students' Union Building for the winter carnival.

The rink is made of artificial ice which means it is made from plastic, not water. It is safe for both figure and hockey skates because it has a plastic coating. Watch as workers piece the ice together and an interview with Hannah Dahn, DSU student life vice-president.
