This video is a companion to a previous Unews.ca article, Living with HIV/AIDS today very different than in the 1980s.

El Jones currently teaches in the African-Canadian Transition Program at NSCC and is completing her PhD in English at Dalhousie University.

Jones is also a member of Word Iz Bond, a spoken word artists collective, and performs every third Thursday of the month at the Company House at 2202 Gottingen St., Halifax.
