The chief campus director at University College London’s Adelaide campus has abruptly left his job. Not only did he leave his job, but he left a research project he had been a part of for nine years. The U.K.-based university announced two weeks ago that it would close its Australian campus within three years, at the completion of mining and energy research partnerships with Santos and BHP Billiton, worth $20 million.
